Georghii Kukhaleishvili notes that over the past month, prices in Ukraine have fallen for milk in film, kefir in bottles and glass, sour cream in cups, yogurts in bottles and cups, and "Ukrainian", Gouda, Mozzarella, Suluguni, and Feta cheeses. Prices for "Lustdorf" butter remained unchanged compared to the previous month. Domestic demand for whole milk products has slowed down. The increase in the share of imported cheeses on the Ukrainian market to 50% is hindering the sale of domestically produced goods.

Increased yields in Oceania and South America have led to a decline in global commodity prices, including butter. Finished products are accumulating in warehouses due to the suspension of dairy product exports to the EU, following the exhaustion of quotas after the cancellation of the ATM, and uncertainty regarding the signing of a new agreement between Ukraine and the EU to increase export quotas for domestic dairy products. In the future, increased supply of raw milk and finished products may put pressure on prices amidst weak demand.
