Today, the Russian Federation launched 23 missiles at Ukraine. One of the rockets hit a nine-story residential building in Uman, Cherkasy region, brutally killing civilians while they slept peacefully and bringing death and destruction hundreds of miles from any active front line.
At least 16 people were killed in that strike alone, according to Ukraine's interior minister, including two 10-year-old children and a toddler, and 17 people were injured.
