The share of extra grade in milk submitted for processing has increased to almost 40%. The industrial sector managed to keep the number of cows at the level of the previous year. The list of major importers of dairy products was led by Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.

The map is being prepared for the fourth year in a row by the analytical department of the Association of Milk Producers. It traditionally reflects the dynamics and geography of extra grade milk production. In addition, the results of the work of the industry in terms of livestock, milk supply for processing, structure of exports / imports, production of dairy products are summed up.
