June is considered the month of milk in many countries. In the United States, since 1939, this concept has even been officially established: June is defined as the National Milk Month. This is one of the world's many practices for promoting the consumption of milk and dairy products.
This year the Association of Milk Producers together with MilkUa.info traditionally initiated a flashmob #ilovemilk for the World Milk Day. After all, the confidence of our consumers in milk and dairy products needs to be restored and show that Ukrainian milk is really healthy, high quality and safe, and consuming milk is not only useful, but also very patriotic.
During June, members of the AMР and Milkua.info communities posted photos of milk on Facebook, and member companies organized visits to farms to show that milk is true magic and modern superfood.
And also symbolically, the International Dairy Congress, the largest professional event in the dairy sector of Ukraine, co-organized by AMР, was held on June 1, World Milk Day.

Special thanks to the representatives of dairy companies who took part in the congress and invited children to the farms. You know better than anyone that milk is not just a set of vitamins and minerals, but it is a passion for life, incredible dawns, a huge responsibility and the basis of our genetic code.
In fact, milk is worth more than one special day or month. Therefore, we call on farms, businesses, communities to introduce our younger generation to agriculture and instill a love of milk all year round!
However, we note that there is another special day - every third Wednesday of September (this year - September 29) the world celebrates World School Milk Day, so it's worth getting ready!
