Farms received UAH 35 million for keeping cows

According to the program to support the development of farms in the direction of "Grants for keeping cows" to farmers during 2020.  UAH 35.14 million of subsidies for keeping 7,027 cows were accrued and paid.

This was announced on his Facebook page by Deputy Minister of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine Taras Vysotskyi.

TOP-5 areas in which most farms received a subsidy for a kept cow:

• Lviv UAH 6.48 million,

 • Volyn UAH 3.4 million,

 • Rivne UAH 3.01 million,

 • Zhytomyr UAH 2.89 million,

 • Chernihiv UAH 2.64 million.

It will be recalled that farms that keep 5 registered and identified cows and have a net income of up to UAH 20 million for the previous year, this year were able to apply for a subsidy for kept cows, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers №106.
