Do not succumb to provocations! There are known cases of fraud in building licenses.
All proposals for a quick "solution" of the issues are a common fraud and an attempt by certain people to profit in a transitional period for the construction industry - according to the STATE ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION OF UKRAINE.
This response was received by the Association of Milk Producers to a request regarding the legitimacy of the actions of companies that offer for a financial fee "solutions" to enter in the license register information about the indefiniteness of the license and emphasize that this possibility is available only until the end of February.
"We emphasize that currently the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has not designated a state body authorized to license the construction business. Thus, in accordance with the legislation in the field of licensing, no state body is endowed with the functions of forming and maintaining a license register," the STATE ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION OF UKRAINE said.
Therefore, the STATE ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION OF UKRAINE urges licensees to be careful and vigilant, not to succumb to provocations, and in case of doubtful proposals to immediately report such cases of fraud to the National Police of Ukraine.
