The negative balance of milk exports reached $ 24 million

Within four months of 2020, the losses from the reduction in exports of Ukrainian dairy products amounted to 22.7 million dollars, the trade balance continues at a negative rate and has already reached 24 million dollars. In total, goods worth $ 64.7 million were exported during this period, which is 26% less than last year. During the first quarter of 2020, processing enterprises received 847.2 thousand tons of milk, which is 3.5% less (30.9 thousand tons) than in the corresponding period last year. The decline in revenues came from the domestic sector, while commercial dairy farms increased supplies.
