The key topic of discussion was the formation and synchronization of methodologies for analyzing the state of the dairy industry, which can objectively assess the economic situation and serve as a basis for making balanced management and business decisions. Specifically, participants focused on approaches to calculating the profitability of milk production, compared existing methods of collecting and processing industry data, and refined calculation models.
