The procedure for submitting applications through the electronic office of requests for reservation of conscripts has been improved, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reports.
From now on, there is no need to re-fill forms if a request has been rejected and needs to be corrected and resubmitted.
Thanks to the improvement, you need to take a few simple steps:
- open the rejected request card (by double-clicking on it with the left mouse button);
- press the (copy) button.
The system will copy the request and open a copy in a new window. After that, you need to make changes, generate the application and send the request.
Similarly, you can resend reviewed booking requests.
We remind you that the reservation of conscripted employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations of the agro-industrial complex is possible EXCLUSIVELY through the booking request office.
Conscripts who work in state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies and at enterprises, institutions and organizations that have been assigned mobilization tasks (orders) are subject to reservation, if this is necessary to ensure the functioning of the specified bodies and the implementation mobilization tasks (orders).
