The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine allowed the operation of agricultural machinery without their registration for the period of martial law

It is possible not to register agricultural machinery for the period of martial law.

"Today I signed the Order, according to which the operation of agricultural machinery is allowed without registration, as provided by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 694 (July 8, 2009)", - said Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko on his Facebook page.

This applies in particular to:

• tractors;

• self-propelled chassis;

• self-propelled agricultural, road construction and reclamation machines;

• other agricultural machines and their components of domestic and foreign production.

"Dear agrarians. Our task is to ensure that the agro-industrial complex works smoothly and without delays. And the field work in 2022 took place as it should. Therefore, in the near future you do not need to delve into the question "what documents to register the work of agricultural machinery?" and “how to pay taxes on the registration of equipment?” All - then. After the cessation of martial law throughout Ukraine or in certain areas, the owners will be required to register (re-register) the car within 90 days. We are working for the benefit of Ukraine! ", - said the Minister.
