Areas of state support under Resolution 107 “On Approval of the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for State Support of Livestock Development and Processing of Agricultural Products” require business entities to submit applications and a package of supporting documents to the Ministry of Economy to the deadline set individually for each type of support. Moreover, applications and documents received by the Ministry of Economy and registered in the electronic document management system are considered submitted on time.
A convenient service for self-inspection has appeared on the website of the Ministry of Economy: in the tab "Documents" - "Search for incoming correspondence" you can check the internal registration number of your package of documents for state subsidy in the Ministry.
Step 1. - go to the site by the link https://www.me.gov.ua/Korrespondent/List?lang=uk-UA&id=be761aaa-bfb8-4bfe-a8b8-5b45bc16b699&tag=Korrespondent
Step 2. - enter the date of delivery of your package of documents to the Ministry of Economy and the name of your farm
Step 3. - сlick the "search" box
Result - the system will provide you with information about the registration number of your package of documents in the Ministry of Economy, which department is considering it and its contact number.
