Equalization of the tax burden for agricultural producers: AVM supports alternative draft low 5600-4

On the eve of the start of the land market, decisions can be made that will put on the brink of survival of farmers who already work legally.

The dairy sector now, more than ever, needs financial support mechanisms and preferential land acquisition rights during the transition period. After all, due to last year's drought in Ukraine, the population continues to decline, and dairy farmers themselves are directly dependent on the ability to buy a land bank for growing fodder.

However, instead of keeping the industry, which is the largest employer in animal husbandry, the government is pushing farmers into the abyss.

Therefore, the Association of Milk Producers welcomes the registration in parliament of draft low 5600-4, signed by 73 deputies, which is an alternative to Government draft low 5600 "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Ensure Balanced Budget Revenues", which increases the tax burden on legal agricultural producers.

Representatives of UAC and other agrarian associations took part in the development of this draft low. As a result, it took into account the vast majority of comments made by farmers to the draft low 5600, the inadmissibility of the adoption of which the agrarian community emphasizes since the publication of this document.
