The world has entered a completely new, "creative era" of the economy, generated by Industry 4.0. In 15 years, about 30% of the usual professions will disappear. The key competitive advantage today is to find and implement the idea, and therefore it is about the creative thinking of the team and the managerial fusion of the manager. How to build effective management of not just "human resources" (HR), but "human capital" (HCM) and implement effective project management - AMР began to study with experts from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
The Association of Milk Producers became part of an incredible project Strengthening Business Associations of Small and Medium Enterprises with the organization and support of UNDP Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. Among the areas of support is a training program from teachers of the Center for Development and Transformation of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, the first module of which took place on October 15-16.
The training course is aimed at the development and transformation of business associations. It will last 9 months and, without a doubt, will be a powerful impetus for the rapid evolution and growth not only of business members, entire industries they represent, but also the business environment and Ukraine in general!
